Your sessions will begin with a brief explanation of what is going on in your life and what you would like to achieve during our time together. I have been practicing massage in Ohio for nearly 7 years and have had the pleasure of working with both professional and collegiate athletes, top recording artists, soccer moms, seniors, and young professionals. I say this to say, no matter who you are we all have one thing in common and that is muscle. If your muscles are not right then the rest of your life will be negatively affected.
Once I have evaluated where you are at the moment and you explain where you want to be in the future then I can decide which modalities will be most beneficial to you during our time together. My sessions use a combination of slow deep tissue massage, swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching and other modalities. I am confident you will leave my office feeling like a new person.
